God’s Justice and God’s Church, Introducing new advisory member Mark Walker
Happy new year!
In 2018, we can experience our merciful and gracious God renewing his calling in each of our lives to “love mercy, do justice, and walk humbly with our God.”
In this panel from the Missional Leaders Meeting in 2015, several Vineyard leaders reflect on their justice journeys, highlighting key issues such as racial reconciliation, human trafficking, ending poverty, community partnerships, and mobilizing the church to birth “lovechilds in the Vineyard”–that’s Mark Walker-speak for missional church planting!
Mark Walker (pastor of Seaside Vineyard Fellowship) and Donnell Wyche (pastor of Ann Arbor Vineyard) have recently joined the VJN team as advisory committee members, and we’re thrilled and honored to to have their voices, wealth of experience, and pastoral wisdom help season the VJN conversations and resources this year. Welcome, Mark and Donnell (we’ll be introducing Donnell more thoroughly in a separate post)!
